As of Friday, December 4th, we are only accepting walk-in drop-offs for pre-approved tickets with 10 or less items. Please remember that even though walk-in drop-offs are now permitted, all drop-offs must first be approved in your Seller's Portal prior to drop-off.
For everyone’s safety, the following guidelines will be STRICTLY enforced:
- Wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- No more than 10 units will be accepted per drop off.
- All products must be accompanied by an approved Seller Portal ticket.
- Items must be packaged in an outer cardboard shipping box.
- Ticket number and number of shoes in each box must be clearly written on the outside of each carton
We are still expecting to open back normally on December 9th. We look forward to seeing you again.
